Make-Up Policy

Effective March 2025

If you’re not feeling well, please do not attend class. Let’s keep each other healthy!

If you know you’re going to miss a class, please notify the studio.
If you would like to attend your regular class on a different day one week, please inform the studio in advance and check that there is space in the class.
Missed classes may be made up only within the same 4-week series.
Make-up classes are based on availability and cannot be carried over to future series except in specific cases (see below). There may be times when a class cannot accommodate make-ups due to uneven lead/follow ratio. Please check-in with studio before joining class.
Team practices are not available as make-up classes without specific director permission.

If a student experiences a medical emergency or injury, they may request a make-up class in the following series, provided they notify the studio before the missed class.
Extended injuries preventing participation in a series may be eligible for class credit or alternative arrangements at the studio’s discretion.

Missed class fees are non-refundable.
Deferring your registration to the following series must be confirmed by phone or email at least 24 hours before the start of the first class of the series to be eligible for a later series. Unused series with no notification of transfer will be void and non-refundable.
