Private Lesson Terms

By booking a private lesson, you agree to the following terms:

• No Refunds: All private lesson purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations, no-shows, or unused lessons.
• Expiration Policy: Private lesson packages must be used within 6 months from the date of purchase. Any unused lessons after this period will expire and cannot be redeemed. Special package promotions must be used within 4 months of the date of purchase.
• Non-Transferable: Private lessons are reserved for the original purchaser and cannot be transferred to another person. If purchasing a package as a gift for another individual, the individual’s name must be given at the time of purchase.
• Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule a lesson, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to instructor availability. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the lesson.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your lesson will still end at the originally scheduled time.
• Instructor Consistency: Once you purchase a package with an instructor, you must continue taking lessons with that instructor. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate requests to switch instructors. If you would like to work with multiple instructors over the course of your package, it must be designated at the time of purchase.
